Joining Forces for a New Journey, United in Our Dream – Company Organizes New Employee Orientation
To help new employees quickly get familiar with the company, integrate into the team, and clarify their job responsibilities, the company recently organized a systematic new employee orientation program. The training covered a comprehensive range of topics, including the company's development history, corporate culture, product categories, and management systems, giving newcomers a solid foundation for their first lesson at work.
During the training, the HR and Administration Department systematically introduced the company's core values: the Four Cognitions, Five Cares, and Six Self-Disciplines. Through these sessions, new employees were guided to understand the fundamental principles guiding our work. The Five Cares philosophy reflects our people-oriented management approach, while the Six Self-Disciplines behavioral code helps to solidify our quality and on-site management standards, forming the internal backbone of Shida's long-standing commitment to excellence.
The training also provided a detailed overview of our production processes, employment procedures, probation and conversion criteria, attendance and dress code regulations, and safety management awareness – covering the basic systems of company management. We offer each new colleague comprehensive pre-job training and a mentorship program, ensuring everyone gets up to speed quickly.
